It can be inhaled with hot steam or apply topically. It helps in creating a hydrated environment to protect from dry cough, protect from nasal congestion and discomfort by shrinking swollen nasal tissue and reducing mucus production.

Active Ingredients -

Menthol, Camphor, Eucalyptus oil, Nutmeg Oil, Cedar Leaf oil, Turpentine Oil, Thymol.

Dosage

Apply 2-5 gm of RESPICKS twice daily on chest throat, neck and back and massage gently for 5 minutes. Wrap the affected part after massaging for a warm environment. Repeat during bedtime.
For Hot Steam: Add around 5gm of RESPICKS in lukewarm water and mix. Inhale the vapors for 5-10 minutes or as directed by physician. Never reheat the mixture and do not heat the mix during inhaling.
